REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unscented, and with original tags still attached.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
Exclusions:
Items not reported as defective within the 14-day period will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Wear and tear or damage caused by use or washing is not considered a defect and will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Processing Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
If you still don't see the refund, contact your bank for processing delays.

Sale Items:
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges:
Replacements are offered only for defective or damaged items.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at howiemarketingsg@gmail.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser who will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
