REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for returns/refunds:
Returns/refunds are available within 7 calendar days from the day you receive your delivery. Only items with a valid return request will be eligible for returns/refunds.
- The returned items must arrive within 14 business days from the date of receipt. (We recommend using the original courier service for the return shipment.)
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, and the returned package must be shipped back.
- Please contact our online customer service or email us at customerservice@lbzstudio.com for return or exchange assistance.
- To be eligible for a return/refund, items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unscented, and with original tags still attached.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Before returning the item(s), please provide the following information and photos for verification:

Flat-lay product photo: including tags, full view, and details.

Packaging photo: confirming the item(s) are properly packed.

Package quantity confirmation photo: clearly showing the number of items being returned.

Return tracking number: please provide the courier tracking number of the returned parcel.

Clear photo of the shipping label attached to the parcel: ensure the label is properly affixed to the package and provide a clear, complete photo for logistics verification.

Exclusions:
- Items without a valid return request submitted within the 7 calendar days period from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return, exchange or refund.
- Wear and tear or damage caused by use or washing is not considered a defect and will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- Inner wear (such as underwear) are not eligible for exchange, refund or return unless item is defective or damaged.
Processing Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Processing time for Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your bank account or original payment method as it may take time for the refund to be posted.

Kindly note that we do not provide refunds for any return order delivery fees.
Exchanges:
Replacements are offered only for defective or damaged items.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at customerservice@lbzstudio.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser who will be notified of the return.
Returns:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
